you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please

To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options: A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is scheduled. Major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard are accepted in our office. We also offer financing through CareCredit, 12 month interest free.
